Villa Binny is located in a quiet and picturesque area of ​​St. Konstantine and Elena resort, only 400 meters away from the resort beach. In the yard of Villa Biny adults and kids will be able to have fun and rest at the lawns while enjoying the freshness of our flowers and evergreen shrubs, the fresh air and tranquility. For the full comfort of our guests, Villa Binny offers barbecue, lounges, umbrellas, parking space for 2-3 cars.

Villa Binny

The house of Villa Binny, was built in 1996 and was completely renovated in 2021. On the first floor of the house there is a living room, furnished with sofas and TV. The living room leads to a marble terrace above the garden. On the same floor there is a large room with air conditioning, single and double beds, which room is connected to the kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for preparing and serving food. The floor has a private bathroom – toilet. On the second floor there are two rooms, each with a queen bed and a single bed, air conditioning. The floor has a private bathroom – toilet. The maximum capacity of the villa is 6 people – adults and children up to 15 years old.

Studio

We also offer a studio in the same yard, which completely independent from the villa. The studio has a fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, bathroom – toilet, and TV. The capacity of the studio is 2+1, with an option for an extra bed.

Except being the oldest, St.. Konstantine & Elena is one of the most beautiful resorts on the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast. The huge forest, covering the resort, the beautiful beach, with length over 3.5 km, together with the seven mineral springs, create a wonderful environment for recreation. St..
